Calculations use the entered interest rate, not the comparison rate, and assume monthly principal-and-interest repayments with a constant rate and term. Fees, LMI, offset balances, switching costs and rate changes are excluded unless explicitly entered. An investment, interest-only, fixed or high-LVR loan may not be comparable with this example.
